South Bend: Thriving or Dying?

On February 10, 2011, the Center for Public Media introduced its first Town Hall-style event live from the Ganey Studio Complex entitled South Bend: Thriving or Dying? The one-hour program featured a panel of experts, a studio audience and questions/comments from area viewers.
