Recipe: Chocolate Covered Bacon

  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/2 cup of pecans (chopped)
  • pinch of kosher salt


Cook off bacon until it is crispy. Cool in freezer, take melted chocolate and cover bacon, and top with chopped pecans and salt.
