Ingredients
- Heavy Duty Mayonnaise (28lbs)
- Spicy Brown Mustard (7lbs)
- Finely Chopped Green Icels Onions (8oz)
- Worcestershire Sauce (3oz)
- Steak 57 Sauce (25oz)
- Black Table Pepper (3 tbsp)
- Creole Seasing (5oz)
- White Granulated Sugar (5oz)
Directions
Gather and prepare all of your ingredients. Add the mayonnaise, spicy brown mustard, onion, worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, pepper, creole, sugar and mix for two (2) minutes. Scrape the sides with a spatula. Then mix for an additional minute.
Yields thirty-seven (37) pounds. One portion is one (1) pound.
