Recipe: Seafood Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbl. fresh basil, parsley, and rosemary mix
  • 2oz clarified butter
  • 5 shrimp (raw)
  • 5 scallops
  • 8oz cookied linguine
  • 3oz huy cream
  • 2oz lemon juice
  • 1/2oz white wine
  • 1 Tbl. minced garlic
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, black pepper, granulated garlic, and oregano

Directions

Saute shrimp and scallops for two (2) minutes. Add wine and seasoning, lemon juice, cream, and reduce. Add pasta.
