White Chocolate Panna Cotta with Amaretto Strawberries

• 2 C. Heavy Cream
• ½ c whole Milk
• ½ cup white chocolate
• 1 vanilla bean pod
• 4 sheet gelatin
• ½ sugars
• ½ cup Amaretto
• ½ sugars
• 2 cup strawberries sliced
