Saint Joseph Health System and the South Bend Parks have teamed up to offer fitness classes for seniors and several locations. Between holiday classic movies and concerts, there are a lot of things happening for the holidays at the DeBartolo Performing Art Center on the campus of Notre Dame. Pamela Haskel from South Bend was recently crowned Miss Indiana as a part of the American Royal Beauties competition.

Kelly went to the Obrien Center on the south side of South Bend and Group Fitness Leader Ruby Jazayre shared with her the importance of these fitness classes and how they become like a second family. John Bruinsma from Saint Joseph Health Systems shared about how there are several locations in the area where the classes are offered including a new one starting soon in Plymouth.

Pamela Haskel from South Bend was recently crowned Miss Indiana as a part of the American Royal Beauties competition. It's a different type of competition in that it focuses more on community impact and involvement. Pamela talked to Kelly about competing and her platform of dressing for success. On Saturday, December 3rd she is hosting a Passion for Fashion Show at the St. Joseph Public Library on Main St. from 2-5pm.
