2 lbs. of Hovenkamp's Tomatoes sliced
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella balls
1 cup fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
extra virgin olive oil to drizzle OR Hovenkamp's Balsamic Dressing
Alternate tomatoes, mozzeralla, and basil leaves around a plate. Top with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil or Hovenkamp's Balsamic Dressing. Serve at room temperature.Guests
