On tonight's show, The 2015 BBQ, Blues & Bluegrass, Taste of Michigan is happening this Saturday in St. Joseph, Michigan. The Snite Museum of Art is hosting their new summer series of Third Thursdays events. "Frogwilla: A Tree Frog's Story" recently received the prestigious Mom's Choice Award "Gold Seal" and author Cheri Hallwood tells Gordy how she came up with the idea for the book and how her family helped out. Notre Dame Children's Choir has a festival/concert coming up Saturday, May 16th . Mark Doerries tells Gordy about the concert as well as an upcoming tour. They'll be visiting Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and New York City. National Safe Boating Week is May 16-22 and Gordy talks about boating safety with Commander Robert Sorensen from the South Bend Sail & Power Squadron and two students of the boating safety classes.
