Congregations in our area are taking part in an energy saving program being offered by Indiana Michigan Power and Seventh Day Initiative. Dave Sutter, Mohammed Mohajer and Crews Perkey talk about the program, which offers grants to qualifying congregations who participate by making their buildings more energy efficient, and by getting pledges from their people to make their homes more energy efficient, too. There are a few more grants available, so if your church or religious organization is interested, there is an informational meeting coming up soon.
