John Plunkett
City-Wide Liquors
Known as a Cellarmaster, John knows a thing or two about seasonal wine. He discussed how to swirl the glass, smell the bouquet and hold the flavor on your palette before enjoying the wine. John let the viewers know what meal would be good with a white wine (salmon) and a nice steak with red. Although, John says eat what you like and drink what you like.

Mindi Bagnall
Artist
Mindi was quoted saying, "I don’t want to do ‘normal,’ I try to put some distortion in there and lots of contrast so that it becomes something that people want to look at for more then a glance." Her work varies from painting to photography. Some of her art is black and white with one bold color represented or has the colors of a rainbow doorway that only the viewer knows where it opens up to.

Molly Shaffer
Old Rugged Cross Foundation

Molly is the treasurer of the Old Rugged Cross Foundation. This group consists of people raising money to restore the original Old Rugged Cross Church in Pokagon, Michigan. What makes this church so special is this was the place where the song, "The Old Rugged Cross" was first sung publicly. The Old Rugged Cross Church is now in progress of being restored but it will take millions of dollars to finish. The ORCF and the surrounding communities hope to restore the church to its original 1913 appearance and use it as a museum and community center. It will be open to all denominations of religion.
