		PBS KIDS GO! A new educational, multimedia destination specifically created by, for and about kids in their early elementary school years, an audience with limited choices for media that is both entertaining AND educational. With a fun, quirky environment full of surprises, PBS KIDS GO! empowers today's "big" kids to discover themselves, define the diverse world around them, explore new relationships and embrace a love of learning.

		A PLACE OF OUR OWN - weekdays at 6:30am A PLACE OF OUR OWN is designed for parents or anyone else who takes care of young kids: grandparents, nannies, babysitters and home daycare providers. The show covers subjects such as: tantrums, literacy, preventing obesity, speech and language delays. This Peabody Award-winning series combines an entertainment format — the daytime talk/demonstration show — with solid educational information on how young children learn, and what adults need to know to help kids be prepared for kindergarten and beyond.

		ARTHUR - weekdays at 7:30am & 4:00pm This daily half-hour animated series based on Marc Brown's best-selling "Arthur" books focuses on themes and events central to children's lives. Arthur and his friends manage to solve their third-grade crises with imagination, kindness and a lot of humor.

		BARNEY AND FRIENDS - weekdays at 11:30am The lovable purple dinosaur and his young friends share adventures featuring songs, dances and games that make learning fun for children. Barney and his dino-pals, Baby Bop and BJ, introduce a new cast of children and two new puppet characters--Miss Etta Kette, a bird who teaches children about manners; and Scooter McNutty, a squirrel whose mishaps are a result of acting first and thinking later. Stella the Storyteller returns with tales of travel from around theworld.

		BETWEEN THE LIONS - weekdays at 1:30pm & 5:00pm BETWEEN THE LIONS opens up a world of literature and learning for children aged four to seven. The series is named for a family of lions--Theo and Cleo and their cubs, Lionel and Leona. Each 30-minute episode centers on a book or other written material that the lions and their friends discover in the library.

		BOB THE BUILDER - Sundays at 7:30am BOB THE BUILDER is a stop frame, animated series aimed at preschoolers (two- to five-year olds). Each episode follows the adventures of Bob and his machines: Scoop the leader/digger, Muck the digger/dumper, Dizzy the cement mixer, Lofty the crane and Roley the steamroller. Bob’s business partner, Wendy, and Pilchard the cat also help out in the builder’s yard. Other characters include Farmer Pickles, his tractor, Travis, and the naughty scarecrow Spud — who is always up to mischief.

		CAILLOU - weekdays at 11:00am Growing up is not so tough--especially with a friend like CAILLOU, a lovable four-year-old with a unique way of relating to the world. CAILLOU provides thought-provoking lessons for pre-schoolers. Combining puppets, animation and live-action with universally appealing situations, CAILLOU's stories address real conflicts typical to a young child's development.

		CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG - weekdays at 8:30am & 2:30pm Clifford The Big Red Dog is based on the best-selling children's books of the same name by author Norman Bridwell. Designed for 3-7 year olds, this series focuses on the concepts of playing and working together, and accepting and respecting others as a way of life. Clifford, Emily Elizabeth and their friends face the wonders of growing up.

		CURIOUS GEORGE - weekdays at 8:00am & 3:00pm The series is designed to inspire kids to explore science, math, and engineering in the world around them in a fun and entertaining way. Based on the best-selling Curious George books by Margret and H.A. Rey, and narrated by Emmy-winning actor William H. Macy, the daily series expands George’s world to include a host of colorful new characters and original locales, while maintaining the charm of the beloved books.

		CYBERCHASE - weekdays at 3:30pm CYBERCHASE is an animated adventure series that takes kids on a wild ride through cyberspace where they are challenged to use the power of math. Each episode is a thrilling adventure driven by a different math concept-from tackling time in ancient Eygpt to cracking codes in creepy caves. In their quests the heroes rely on their minds, not muscles, to overcome obstacles.

		DRAGON TALES - weekdays at 9:30am Chronicles the adventures of six-year-old Emmy and her four-year-old brother, Max, who discover a magic dragon scale in the playroom of their new home. When they hold the scale and chant a poem, they're transported to Dragon Land, an enchanted land where they meet Ork, Cassie, Zak and Wheezie and Quetzal--fantastical dragons that possess very human qualities. Through its stories, the series demonstrates different strategies that children can use to explore the challenges they face--emotional, physical, cognitive and social.

		FRANNY'S FEET *- Sunday at 8:00am* Franny’s magical adventures transport her to places around the world, where she meets new friends and tries to help them solve problems, sharing her feelings, fears and advice with the audience along the way. Global awareness, science and vocabulary development are woven together with delightful storytelling for a seamless, entertaining and interdisciplinary learning experience.

		IT'S A BIG BIG WORLD - *weekdays at 7:00am* IT'S A BIG BIG WORLD is an innovative new preschool science series that will offer parents and kids new ways to think and talk about the world. Produced in "Shadowmation," a patented technique combining puppet animatronics with computer generated animation, the television series will feature a diverse group of animal characters brought to vibrant life in a lush jungle setting. With a unique curriculum that brings science and geography to preschoolers, IT'S A BIG BIG WORLD presents science not just as a series of facts, but as an exciting process of discovery.

		MAMA MIRABELLE'S HOME MOVIES - Sunday at 9:00am MAMA MIRABELLE’S HOME MOVIES, from National Geographic, is a warm-hearted, high-spirited show about a sassy, soulful elephant host named Mama Mirabelle and the young animal characters she cares for on the African savanna. Starring Vanessa Williams as the voice of Mama, the series combines a uniquely animated world that preschoolers will want to explore with stunning wildlife movies from the National Geographic and BBC award-winning archives.

		MAYA & MIGUEL - Monday thru Thursday at 4:30pm MAYA & MIGUEL will chronicle the adventures of 10-year-old Latino twins, Maya and Miguel Santos, as they figure out how to leave their stamp on the vibrant world around them. Featuring their family, relatives and diverse neighborhood friends, the animated program will reflect back to viewers the cultural mosaic that our country’s neighborhoods have become.

		MISTER ROGERS' NEIGHBORHOOD - weekdays at 1:00pm Join Fred Rogers as he travels through the neighborhood you remember visiting as a child.

		SESAME STREET - weekdays at 10:00am and 12:00pm The award-winning series launches its 34th season on PBS with a spotlight on children across the globe. "Global Grover" hosts the presentation of live action films from all over the world and the new animated character "Global Thingy" demonstrates the importance of social reasoning, cooperation, sharing and empathy.

		SUPER WHY! - weekdays at 9:00am The standout, imagination-stimulating series focuses on the adventures of four fairytale friends who transform into reading-powered superheroes: Alpha Pig with Alphabet Power, Wonder Red with Word Power, Princess Presto with Spelling Power, Super Why with the Power to Read and Super YOU with the Power to Help. Together, they are the “Super Readers”! The Super Readers jump into books (literally) to find answers to everyday preschool challenges and embark on exciting adventures, where they play interactive reading games to overcome obstacles and save the day. In every fantastical episode of Super WHY!, young viewers dive directly into a pop-up story to experience a brightly-illustrated children’s tale brought to magical life.

		THOMAS AND FRIENDS - Sundays at 7:00am THOMAS AND FRIENDS is the timeless television series based on the much-loved books by Reverend W. Awdry. Set on the imaginary island of Sodor, the show follows the adventures of Thomas, a cheeky little Tank Engine. Each half hour, shot in unique real-time live-action, features three separate stories, including two seven-minute adventures and one five-minute “classic” Thomas story. The stories focus on the seven original engines: Thomas, Edward, James, Gordon, Percy, Henry and Toby, plus Emily, the first female steam engine — all under the watchful eye of Sir Topham Hatt, the manager of the Sodor Railway.

		WORD WORLD - weekdays at 2:00pm In WORDWORLD, words are truly the stars of a show. Each episode is a fun narrative built around the WordFriends, who are characters first and words second. WordWorld is a colorful, vibrant, word-rich place where friends have fun and meet challenges in the same way: through WordPlay.

		ZOBOOMAFOO - *Sundays at 8:30am* This groundbreaking energetic series is all about that great moment of discovery when a kid meets an animal for the first time. Using music, songs and sounds from around the world, the series teaches children how to respect and care for the creatures with which they share the planet. ZOBOOMAFO (pronounced zah-BOO-mah-foo) stars the Kratt brothers--Martin and Chris--and a playful and curious little lemur named Zoboomafoo. Through live action and the wonders of puppetry, animation and claymation, Zoboomafoo, “Zoboo” for short, is every little kid’s dream: a wonderful talking animal who’s a special friend.
