Exterior Administration - Twenty-year-old modular buildings located next to the Elkhart Schools Bus Garage. Offices with windows include a view of the busses and exhaust smell. |
Overflowing Cubicle - Offices are cramped - some with as many as three people - and no space for storage or organization. |
Exterior Studio Entrance - Guests often cannot find the entrance to the studio leaving them frustrated and producers panicked trying to fill time. |
Common Work and Volunteer Area - Monthly membership mailings and auction preparation happen in this area that doubles as a lunch room and secondary meeting place for staff. |
Rainy Days - The entrance to the administration building floods every time it rains. Water can be - and frequently is - ankle deep. Visitors are forced to remove their shoes or use the back door near the dumpster. The handicap/delivery ramp inaccessible. |
