The Black Business Training Institute, (BBTI) is a program run by the Indiana Black Expo, IBE. As a pillar of the Indiana community since 1970, IBE has encouraged and empowered individuals through education, events, and hands-on initiatives. The BBTI helps small business owners gain practical knowledge and develop relationships with other professionals. It is also designed to improve community wealth and close the racial wealth gap. Join us as we hear from current participants in the Michiana cohort at the start of their journey through the program.
