This week find our how "Coffee With a Purpose" is a program through Jobs for Michigan's Graduates in getting real conversations started. The Applied Internship Program is a South Bend-Elkhart program teaching students about start-ups and entrepreneurship. The Merry Lea Summer session through Goshen College connects students to nature and gives teachers the tools the bring nature into their classrooms. The University of Notre Dame teaches equity in the workplace making the environment welcoming, fair and impartial.

In order to be acknowledged members must embody the characteristics of a leader, both within the club and in the outside world. 17 year old high school senior TeKeidra Masters did just that, all while balancing jobs, sports, community involvement, all while enduring teenage growing pains.
