Then, Tonya McGowan, Executive Chef at the Palais Royale will prepare a dish that's easy, tastes great, and fits St. Patrick's Day. Finally, Bonnie Strycker from the Youth Service Bureau and Andy Myer from the South Bend Fire Department will tell us what a Safe Place site is and why they are important.
