Cause Marketing has been around since the late 1970’s and continues to play a big role in any organization’s overall marketing strategy. A 2012 Nielsen study revealed that 46% of global online consumers are willing to pay more for goods and services from companies that are giving back, and that number is even more dramatic among younger consumers with 63% of those under 40 years of age expressed similar support for companies who demonstrate this kind of social responsibility. Our panel today will discuss the importance of Cause Marketing for both the FOR PROFIT and the NOT FOR PROFIT organization.
