Economic Outlook - Corporate Culture
Episode #1031 - Corporate Culture
Company Culture can be defined as the personality of a CEO and an organization, from the management and employee perspective, and includes the company’s mission, expectations and work atmosphere. Whether it’s written down, symbolized in the business logo, or simply an unspoken but understood definition, culture determines a company’s environment. Harvard’s Department of Economics did a study that concluded unhappy and average workers cost American Companies over $300 Billion a year in lost productivity. So developing a good corporate culture clearly pays off.
