Education Counts Michiana - Community Healing Through Altar-Making

The Lubeznik Center for the Arts partnered with artists from A Long Walk Home to present the Black Girlhood Altar-Making Workshop. Participants learned how to make personal altars designed to honor Black women and girls affected by violence. The workshop provided a space for community healing and empowerment, inspiring participants to create social change.
