IRise -LaPorte County Public LibraryChemistry Professor Sharron Jenkins transformed students at a STEAM camp into researchers, inspiring them through science. The LaPorte County Public Library played host to the camp where 3-5th grade students learned from real experiments. Jenkins believes kids can participate in real publishable research and engaging them in chemistry in elementary school.
