IYI Emerging Leaders of Color Fellowship

The Indiana Youth Institute recently created the Emerging Leaders of Color Fellowship to address statewide leadership equity gaps. The fellowship identifies emerging leaders of color and helps them build on their existing leadership skills and create community networks to lead and grow youth-serving organizations.
