Education Counts Michiana - Rally for Kids

To raise awareness about Child Abuse Prevention Month, the Child and Parent Services of Elkhart County led a Rally for Kids event open to all. Local leaders spoke about new child safety and abuse prevention initiatives and affirmed their commitment to creating safer communities for children and their families.
