Special Education Transition Program at Career AcademyCareer Academy in South Bend wants to prepare their students for life after school, by teaching them the basics when it comes to job exploration. Their Special Education program is no different. Though students with IEPs may feel as though there aren't many paths to take, they want to instill hope in their students and their parents.
