Wine and Viticulture at Lake Michigan CollegeLake Michigan College’s Wine and Viticulture program allows students to explore the process of growing and selling wine. From growing fruit in vineyards, learning about the appropriate biochemistry, and filtering and bottling a final product, students are well equipped to enter a career in the wine industry.
