Bill Sexton: More Than Yesterday, Less Than Tomorrow is the latest PBS Michiana – WNIT documentary deserving to be part of the Legends of Michiana series. The story reflects on the life and legacy of a man whose leadership, warmth and faith left a lasting imprint on the University of Notre Dame and the greater Michiana community.

Sexton’s legacy of leadership was matched only by his unwavering devotion to family and faith. As Vice President for University Relations at Notre Dame, Sexton helped shape the university’s future, while also inspiring students as a beloved professor and mentor. Yet, at the center of his life was his role as a devoted husband, father of six, grandfather and great-grandfather. Guided by deep Catholic values, Bill Sexton’s story is one of humility, generosity and a steadfast commitment to both community and home.
