Moveable Feast With Fine Cooking

Description

Chefs Pete Evans and Alex Thomopoulos take viewers on a culinary journey, engaging in spontaneous cooking events with chefs and food artisans across the United States. Local chefs create a multicourse feast while demonstrating farm-to-table cooking methods and discussing what ingredients inspire them. Culinary guest stars include Jacques Pépin, Marcus Samuelsson, Anito Lo, Larry and Marc Forgione and Jonathan Waxman. Recipes range from Atlantic hard clams to apple and cheese blintzes.
