Stigma surrounding treating mental health, speaking about mental health, and limited access to mental healthcare professionals has created roadblocks to some Black Americans receiving the help they need. On this program-special we strive to have an open conversation about Black trauma (and mental health in general) in hopes of our viewers will feel equipped to take steps towards bettering their health.
