1st Sgt. "Sam" Alameda will be on the show to tell us all about the upcoming Marine Mud Run, a public event sponsored by Post #095 of the Marine Corps League. The event is open to runners of all ages and physical abilities. Participants will trek through a three mile course with Marine style obstacles, including: walls, trenches, mud pits with various surfaces, and more.
