Episode #1026 - Mentoring
In a recent study released from the National Education Foundation, 500 teachers were asked about the importance of having a good mentorship program in the schools and community. An astounding 93% of the teachers surveyed felt the overall climate of the school was significantly better in those schools that had mentoring programs, with 90% of the teachers finding academic performances went up and improved with students that had mentors. A great deal of work and efforts continues to take place in our region.
