Career Wise's Modern Youth Apprenticeship program, gives students a fresh take on what it means to be an apprentice. They encourage students to pursue careers in modern industries, with paid jobs that they can also balance with their academic careers.

Emergency Professional Training
The MAAC Foundation-Emergency Services Training Center, established in 2016, is a place where firefighters, police officers, and EMS are given opportunities to enhance their skills. Training consist of classroom and practical application programs, that aim to enhance their critical thinking , functioning in preparedness and response skills.

Families can learn about nature and earn badges and pins through a program called Hoosier Quest. Students explore the process of manufacturing and meet potential employers through Goshen's Virtual Manufacturing Day. Joint Educational Services in Special Education (J.E.S.S.E) is a program ensuring students with special needs have resources for success in school.

Virtual Manufacturing Day
Manufacturing day is a day where students are able to see first hand the work that goes into working in a local manufacturing business. These events are to help students learn about different career paths as well as meeting possible employers. This years MFG day was different because it was all virtual.

Bertrand Farm Internship Program
Bertrand Farm in Niles, MI looks towards interns to help out with their day to day duties. By employing the help of interns they are able to not only save money on farm labor, but also inspire them to pursue careers in agriculture.

Hoosier Quest
One of the best ways to learn about nature is to get out and actually explore it. The Hoosier Quest program offers and fun way to encourage people to get and out and explore Indiana's State Parks and earn a patch or a pin along the way.

J.E.S.S.E.
All students have the capacity to learn as long as they have the tools they need. J.E.S.S.E. is a co-op of nine school corporations across multiple Indiana counties that provides students with special needs with the resources to make sure they're able to succeed in school.
