Dinner & A Book - Whose Names Are Unknown

Sanora Babb’s work with refugee farmers during the Dust Bowl provided her with first-hand material for her brilliant novel, Whose Names are Unknown. Publishing politics kept her book out of print for many years and offers a perspective quite different from John Steinbeck’s better-known book.
