Downtown South Bend Inc. has introduce a Spring Campaign called “Hit Refresh”. The Studebaker Plaza has been transformed to include fire pits, community art, yard games, photo ops, bistro tables and some live music. Kylie Carter shows Kelly and Courtney around and also shares about three other pop-up venues.
