The Dogwood Fine Arts Festival in Dowagiac, Michigan is celebrating 25 years The Falcon Dipper General Store has only been around for about a year, but they are already winning awards, and it's not hard to see why. Over 60 groups will be featured for the 1st annual Riverlights Music Festival that is happening in downtown South Bend.
