Also, Chris Scott and Taylor Calderone stop by to tell us all about The Main Stage Inc.'s upcoming performance of "Shrek the Musical." Finally, Cody Allee is a mixologist for Divine Spirits and visits the show to tell us up about the Check, Please! Farm to Table Festival.

1st Sgt. "Sam" Alameda will be on the show to tell us all about the upcoming Marine Mud Run, a public event sponsored by Post #095 of the Marine Corps League. The event is open to runners of all ages and physical abilities. Participants will trek through a three mile course with Marine style obstacles, including: walls, trenches, mud pits with various surfaces, and more.
