While in Benton Harbor, MI we found a great place to eat called the Mason Jar Café. Rick and Kelly met owner Jayme Cousins who shared the motivation behind starting the place and how they wanted guests to know what was in their food and where it came from. The place feels like walking into home with it's open concept and friendly atmosphere. And the food… Kelly had dreams about it, especially those gluten free waffles.
