If you are in Bristol, Indiana you'll want to stop in at Evan's Sidewalk Café for breakfast or lunch. It's a family run place and judging by Rick and Kelly's reactions, the food is tremendous. It's Americana comfort food at a great price. Rick couldn't get enough of the brisket sandwich so he had two … or was it three. Krista Bailey takes us to Eco Owl Press to show us how a local print shop is "thinking Globally, Printing Locally". She finds out about their approach of looking for the best environmentally friendly printing options to offer even if that means they are making less in return because it's the right thing to do. They also focus on supporting local businesses through more than just their print projects. Get more info here: https://ecoowlpress.com/
