One of the great places to go in the winter in Elkhart is the NIBCO Water & Ice Park right along the river walk. Kelly and Rick lace up their skates and enjoy the park like setting and wondering path of the ice. Clyde Riley shares about the park and some of the other things that happen there when it's not so cold outside. They are open Friday thru Sunday. Get more info here: www.elkhartindiana.org/parks
