Downtown South Bend Architectural Walking Tours returned to South Bend this summer and you still have a chance to experience 2 different tours this Summer. There are more and more CSA farms in our area where people can partner with farmers to buy a share of the harvest at the beginning of the season and get the returns throughout the summer. Dave and Courtney visited Holistic Health with Colleen Kielton to experience Reiki that is a method to try and help you relax by freeing up the energy movement in your body.

The 2nd Annual Calendar Girls event is happening August 3rd from 6-9pm at the Wellfield Botanic Gardens. Dave had a chance to find out more about this event that will celebrate local heros, provide entertainment and have drinks and hors d’oeuvers. The event is a partnership with Elkhart Civic Theatre and Hello Gorgeous!.
