This past year where we were all looking for opportunities to get out safely, and some of us to exercise; many took advantage of the Outdoor Fitness Court that is at Central Park in Mishawaka right by the River Walk. Kelly and Dave met up with Phil Blasko to find out how to take advantage of this space and how there’s an app that will help walk you through a workout. And then they traveled to Hums Park where a Ninja Warrior type course will be opening soon.
