    On the show tonight at 7:00pm, Mark McDonnell – owner of LaSalle Grill will talk about the new LaSalle Kitchen & Tavern that now occupies the third floor in their building.  They are having a Grand Opening week October 21st thru the 26th and giving back to the community in different ways each night, and having different specials each night.  Tuesday, October 22nd a part of the proceeds go to support WNIT and it’s Whiskey night.

    A group of students from our area headed south to learn more about the Underground Railroad.  They had quite and experience learning the history of some amazing people fighting for the freedoms of others.  Students Julia Hall and Lucas Meyer-Lee from LaSalle Academy will share about their trip along with Adams High School Teacher Ken Thomas.

    Thursday, October 24th 4-8pm

     Sara Stewart and Mitch Yaciw from Unity Gardens will tell us about the “Taste of Unity Harvest Celebration” happening Thursday, Oct. 24th from 4-8pm.  It’s a celebration of local food and local chefs.  Joining them will be Chef Javier Mendez from Javier’s Bistro.
