Just outside North Liberty is a small family run apple orchard called The Apple Patch. Courtney stopped in to meet owner Sue Dittmar and get a tour. From picking apples, tasting the fresh pressed cidar, to selecting just the right pumkin; there is a lot to experience.

It's a group of women that get together every quarter and each commit to giving $100. Collectively they decide and where they'll make a donation to make a difference. The next meeting is Monday, October 11th at 5:30 at Papa Vino's in Mishawaka.
