Leeds Public House is located in a historic building that was once the first hospital of Michigan City. September was declared Underground Railroad month by the Governor of Michigan, and Cass County Michigan has a long and well preserved history being part of the Underground Railroad. Just on the North edge of Buchanan, Michigan is a Farmstead/Brewery that has been very deliberate on how they do things with sustainability in mind.

    Leeds Public House is located in a historic building that was once the first hospital of Michigan City. Recently renovated in beautiful fashion, it now is a very inviting space with 2 bars and a large outside seating area. Rick had a chance to talk to the owner, the drink doctor, and the chef behind the great food.
