The Birdsell Project is a vision to take unused space and bring art to it in order to connect people back with that space. Co-founder Myles Robertson met with Kelly in the creepy basement of the Commerce Center in downtown South Bend to find out about a unique event happening Saturday, April 23rd called "Intercommunication of Tones in Sound".
