A good hat was once a staple in nearly everyone’s wardrobe. As times change the role of hats changed too. But now they seem to be coming back as people find ways to express who they are. Amanda Joyner is a Milliner who creates one of a kind hat in Michigan City, but her hats have been delivered all over the world. Kelly tries on a few hats as she finds out what started this journey for Amanda.
