The Ruthmere Museum allows you to step back in time and see what life was like for one of the influential families in Elkhart's history. This time of year you also get to see the beautiful rooms decorated for the holidays. This year the theme is "Christmas by Design" where 9 of Elkhart County's local artistic talents were invited to decorate a room in Ruthmere Mansion. Visitors will be given a chance to vote for their favorite room and the winner will win $1000 for a local charity. Get tour information here: www.Ruthmere.org
