Goshen First Fridays have become an event that draws people in from all areas around the region and beyond. Every first Friday of the month there's a new theme and the downtown is filled with entertainment, activities and more. On November 3rd there will be a new event as they have the first ever Goshen Light Parade. Courtney sat down with Goshen Mayor, Gina Leichty to find out how this bright idea came to be.
