Part of being a community is meeting the needs of others when you can, and Nekeisha shares with Kelly how she took an experience she had with others encouraging her to become more fit and healthier and created an event to do the same for others. Hot GRRL Fitness in the Park will be more than just working out. There will be a chance to get information on how to be healthier in a lot of different parts of life. It will happen over 4 different Saturdays.
