There is a group that gathers every month with the goal of giving back to our veterans in a way that often brings comfort. They are In The Bend QOV, the local chapter of Quilts of Valor and they make quilts to present to nominated veterans in a wrapping ceremony. If you know how to sew you could be a part of this community that's touching the lives of so many in our area.
