Pierogi Fest is one of the most unique festivals in the world. They have great variety of food and entertainment, and a polka parade that that may be the wackiest on earth. Kelly had a chance to talk to Tom Dabertin, the Chairman of Pierogi Fest and found out how the festival got it's name and why it started.
