Colleen Froehlich wanted to open a space in Three Oaks, Michigan that was fun and colorful. And she did that with Sweet on Elm, which is an ice cream / candy shop. Courtney had a chance to talk with Colleen about her experience in Three Oaks and how this 3rd venture for her was really a way to help the community celebrate getting through COVID.
