Taps Across the Water at Dusk is in it's second year in Syracuse around the 3 lakes there. On May 29th at 9:08pm there will be a minute of silence followed by musicians stationed around the lakes playing Taps together. It is a tribute to all those who have served our country. Taps can be heard from your peer or one of the public areas around Lake Wawasee, Syracuse Lake and Lake Papakeechie.
